Telemetry trace histories and airport database integrations utilizing adsb.lol data and OpenFlights are licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). In compliance with ODbL requirements, our derived database structures are documented openly. Raw individual transponder trace streams are not redistributed.

Public Domain & Open Government Works

Aircraft registry records from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transport Canada (CCAR), UK Civil Aviation Authority (G-INFO), and US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) are incorporated under applicable Open Government licenses and US public domain exemptions.
